When does the commercial program launch?

We're targeting spring 2026 for the full commercial rollout β€” recurring schedules, dedicated account reps, COI on file, the whole package. One-off commercial projects are still being booked today on a case-by-case basis. Text or call us with your job and we'll quote it.

Do you carry insurance and provide a COI?

We're partially insured today with active expansion in progress. By launch we'll carry full general liability ($1M+) and worker's comp, and we'll provide certificate of insurance (COI) on request and add additional insureds at no charge.

What happens if your work damages something?

We document every visit with before/after photos. If something goes wrong, we own it β€” we'll repair it, replace it, or credit you when appropriate. Most issues never happen because we use soft-wash on anything painted, sealed, or delicate, and reserve high pressure for hardscape only.

Can you work after hours or overnight?

Yes β€” that's actually our preferred way to do commercial. Most retail and office work happens between 10 PM and 5 AM so we're done before you open. Restaurants and QSRs we typically hit between close and open.

Do you handle multi-property portfolios?

Yes. Property managers with multiple locations get one account, one rep, one invoice cycle β€” and per-property pricing that scales down as you add more sites under the same account.

What about water and electricity β€” do you need utilities?

We bring our own equipment and can run with on-site water hookups (most properties) or fully water-supplied trucks where needed. We'll confirm during the walkthrough.

How is wastewater handled?

Properly. We use surface cleaners with vacuum-recovery on lots and pads where local code requires it, and dispose of wastewater per EPA / NCDEQ best practices. We're happy to walk through your property's specific requirements.

What's your service area?

Charlotte and roughly 45 minutes out β€” so Concord, Mooresville, Huntersville, Matthews, Pineville, Rock Hill, Indian Trail, Gastonia, and everywhere in between. Outside that range? Call us β€” we travel for the right account.

How are payment terms handled?

Standard Net-30 terms for established commercial accounts. We accept ACH, check, and most card networks. Recurring schedules can also be auto-billed if that fits your accounting flow better.

What if I want to cancel a recurring schedule?

Easy. No contracts, no early-termination fees. Just give us a heads up and we'll stop scheduling. Same-day cancellation is fine β€” we'd rather lose the booking than make you feel locked in.
